You’ve accepted an offer. Congratulations! Now the REAL work begins. Your Realtor© will give you a list of “Important Dates” which will list out the ending date of every contingency and due dates for various agreed upon items. Some of the terms may be unfamiliar to you. If you’re like most people, anything unfamiliar can induce anxiety – especially during a large financial transaction. That’s ok – once you familiarize yourself with the terminology, you’ll feel more prepared and confident! Dig in to this week’s installment and you’ll be a little better prepared to sell your house!
