If you’re looking for a home that is destined to climb in value, take a look at East Lake. With approximately 500 people moving to Atlanta per DAY, intown home inventory is hotter than ever. Ask anyone who is searching for a home in one of the intown neighborhoods right now. Homes are flying off the market. I had 15 requests for showing appointments on Easter Sunday that I couldn’t schedule because the homes were already under contract. Buyers and Renters alike are in a frenzy! It makes sense. East Lake benefits from lower Dekalb taxes and, can we all agree, better tasting water. A short 10 minute drive will get you to CNN center or Midtown via I-20 & I-75.
